Reviving Fossil Pokemon

[ZOM]

Sometimes, miners in the Terren tunnels will come across fossils containing intact Pokemon DNA. These ancient Pokemon can then be revived by a small research group here at the lab! What's more, they are happy to provide their services free of charge.

If you have a fossil that you would like to be revived, simply post here with the type of fossil(s) and a mod will reply with the information on your new Pokemon! The mod will determine the gender, personality, ability, and moves (whether they have egg moves or not, basically) of the fossil Pokemon, and because there is also a 1 in 300 chance of that Pokemon being shiny (just like with starters), they will determine that as well using a random number generator. All revived fossil Pokemon will be level 10.

[TO MODS: When determining whether or not the Pokemon is shiny, use the generator and set parameters between 1 and 300. Roll ONLY ONCE. If the number is 150, the revived fossil Pokemon is shiny.]

What he really needs is the confidence to realize that he doesn't need to try to be like everyone else, and instead must discover his own ways to communicate and make his voice heard. He's exceedingly paranoid and anxious about everything you could imagine, and it is near impossible to console him. In essence, letting [Name] out of his Pokeball is the equivalent of removing the lid from a jar full of spring-loaded snakes. He's pretty good at battling since his crazed flailing and slashing tends to both intimidate opponents and hurt them if they don't have the sense to stay away, and he's pretty speedy besides.
