It isn't easy to win over the witch on Witchhill, nor is it advisable to try. She's dangerous, so they say, and most of those who go to meet her don't make it back, or come back changed. Because so few have seen her and lived to tell the tale, the witch's identity is shrouded in mystery and intrigue; it is said that she used to be a local of Buteston, but when she wandered out into the forest she was possessed by ghosts and forever transformed. This story is intriguing, because based on eyewitness accounts of the witch's appearance and behavior, this would make her one of the very rare few individuals who have become "Pokemorphs" of sorts without the intervention of science. No one could call the witch's transformation "natural," but it is at the very least an interesting case that could warrant further study if not for how difficult the witch is to approach and handle.
Asides from the witch's changed appearance and apparent new passion for cannibalism, she also gained quite an impressive talent for what can only be described as "magic," usually performed using potions according to all accounts so far. Guests who manage to please her may be given one of her potions as a gift, and drinking one of these potions can change a person in fantastical and unimaginable ways, according to the rumors.
If you're interested in learning more about the witch's boon, then the best way is to either find someone who's met her and lived to tell the tale so that you can hear just what that boon entails, or to find her and experience it yourself. There may be many risks, but when the witch gives a guest one of her potions, they'll inevitably find themselves wanting to come back for more.
A word of caution for the brave who seek her out: the witch's potions, "witch juice" as they're called by those in the know, are not meant to be one-time use with no repercussions, and after the first visit she isn't likely to be so generous with her product without asking a favor or two in return. The potions have amazing results, but with great new power can come crippling side-effects if one does not keep up with taking their "medicine." Even if you are not afraid of the risks of finding the witch, be warned of the dangers that come with even her reward. There's no turning back once you begin.
