RP Example:
A bug-like Pokemon sat in a clearing amidst the trees, quietly enjoying the rain. He heard the shuffling of feet nearby and turned toward the sound, discovering that it was a Pokemon trainer. A trainer! Just what he'd been looking for!
He scuttled toward the trainer with all the speed he could manage. <Hello! Please help me!> He hoped the trainer could understand him, or at least had the translation function on her Pokedex. Apparently it didn't come standard-issue, as some trainers didn't seem to have it.
Panicky, he continued, <You know what I am, right? You know about these mushrooms on my back? Well, if I ever evolve, they'll... they'll totally take over my body... I'll be like their slave...> He whined a bit. <I don't want that to happen, and I heard Trainers can keep Pokemon from evolving, so... take me with you? Please?>
Anything else?: Nothing comes to mind~
